Compensation: $28.00/Hour
Location: Ashburn, VA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Financial Reporting:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including daily deposits and preparing checks for signature.
- Utilize QuickBooks proficiently to generate accurate and timely financial reports.
Essential Payroll Administration:
- Oversee and monitor staff timesheets, ensuring timely submission and coordination of necessary approvals to guarantee accurate and on-time payroll processing.
Operational & Contract Support:
- Provide crucial administrative support for drafting, organizing, and finalizing contracts and settlement documentation.
Efficient Office Coordination:
- Maintain highly organized physical and digital records.
- Act as the hub for general office flow, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
Experience & Expertise
- A minimum of 2 years of proven, professional experience in office administration, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a similar financial support role.
Tech Savvy
- Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency using QuickBooks for generating financial reports and managing basic accounting tasks is non-negotiable.
- Administrative Depth: Established background in key areas such as payroll support, contract administration, or comprehensive general office management.
Unwavering Reliability
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding financial deadlines, accuracy, and sensitive documentation.
Mobility & Flexibility
- Must be able to reliably work at the main Ashburn office location and possess the flexibility to travel to and work from other nearby Northern Virginia offices as business needs dictate.
