Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM (Monday – Friday)
Pay: $16hr Overtime
Status: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

PrideStaff is seeking Entry-Level Production/Assembly Trainees to join a premier, high-tech manufacturing facility in the Carpentersville area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a specialized production environment.

In this role, you will be trained to assemble sophisticated mechanical and electrical components used in global technology applications. The work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled, and modern facility where quality and attention to detail are the top priorities.

What You Will Do (Full Training Provided):

• Precision Assembly: Learn to assemble intricate components using specialized hand tools and guided workstations.
• Process Documentation: Follow detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure every product meets high-level industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing on finished products.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a structured production environment to meet daily output goals.
