Our client is seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Chantilly, VA. This is a 100% onsite position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine behind their digital presence and provide essential support to the Marketing Department. This role is perfect for a social media enthusiast who enjoys blending creative content creation with organized administrative execution.
Location: Chantilly, VA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute meal break)
Compensation: $25.00/hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support the social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn among others.
- Design visually engaging graphics and basic layouts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to align with brand standards.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the coordination of digital campaigns, email marketing, and website updates.
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Marketing Department, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining marketing collateral.
- Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries in a professional and "outgoing" brand voice, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High proficiency in Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/InDesign), and all prominent social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) is preferred.
