Sales Coordinator Job Description:
PrideStaff Financial is working with a local business who is looking for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will serve as the backbone of the sales team, playing a key role in supporting sales representatives and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities. The Sales Coordinator will assist and help manage the sales operations by coordinating customer interactions and handling administrative tasks and communication among team members. The ideal Sales Coordinator has previous experience in a similar role, has superb written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of CRM Software, Excel, and general office equipment. The Sales Coordinator position is a full time, direct hire position in Sacramento, CA.
Sales Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Team With Daily Operations & Administrative Support
Manage Customer Inquiries & Provide Timely Response
Coordinate & Schedule Sales Meetings & Appointments
Prepare & Distribute Sales Reports & Performance Metrics
Update & Maintain Customer Database With Accuracy
Assist in The Preparation of Sales Presentations & Proposals
Monitor & Manage Sales Order Processing & Delivery Schedules
Collaborate With The Market Team on Sales Campaigns & Initiative
Handle Order Confirmations, Invoicing, & Other Sales Documentation
Track & Follow up on Sales Leads & Opportunities
Provide Exceptional Customer Service & Support to Clients
Assist in The Training & Onboarding of New Sales Team Members
Manage Inventory Levels & Coordinate With Supply Chain Team
Support The Implementation of Sales Strategies & Plans
Sales Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field Required
Must Have Previous Experience in a Sales Coordination or Administrative Role Preferred
Knowledge of Sales & Marketing Principles
Familiarity With CRM Software & Sales Tracking Tools
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks & Prioritize Effectively
Attention to Detail, Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
Experience Working in a Fast-Paced & Dynamic Environment
