Machine Adjuster
Shift/Hours: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating shifts
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: Marietta, GA
Machine Adjuster Job Summary:
The Machine Adjuster is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate operation. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Machine Adjuster Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust production machinery according to specifications and production schedules.
- Perform routine adjustments to maintain machine accuracy and efficiency.
- Install, align, and level machinery components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Use measuring tools and instruments to verify machine accuracy.
Machine Adjuster Requirements:
- High level of mechanical inclination.
- Must possess 1 year of machine adjusting experience.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work closely with production operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of machine adjustments, maintenance, and repairs.
Machine Adjuster Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Adjuster or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
