If Yes, apply today!Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay Rate: $25hr - $28/hrLocation: Columbia, MD Property Associate - Real Estate Administrative Support responsibilities include: Operational and Administrative Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the Property Management team across all aspects of property operations. This includes managing maintenance requests, filtering phone calls, handling general inquiries, and preparing various reports and documents.Tenant and Vendor Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for tenants, handling written and verbal correspondence. This includes tracking compliance documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for both tenants and vendors, and facilitating the tenant move-in and move-out processes.Financial and Document Management: Support essential accounting functions, including assisting with accounts receivable and payable. Responsibilities also cover meticulous organization and upkeep of all lease and contract files, contact information, and lease compliance records.Field Activities and Team Assistance: Conduct periodic, required inspections of properties within the portfolio. This role also involves preparing lease documents and performing other essential administrative duties as assigned by the property manager.Property Associate - Real Estate Administrative Support requirements include:Essential Foundational Skills: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required for property visits.Organizational and Communication Abilities: Exhibit excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional correspondence and high-level customer service interactions.Work Style and Independence: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.Preferred Industry Experience: Previous experience in property management or related administrative roles is highly advantageous.
