Ability to multi-task. Representatives will navigate consumer’s accounts via computer, while simultaneously speaking to them on the phone.Professional communication skills are necessary to thrive in the position, with both consumers, as well as peers and managementInquisitiveness and awareness are required to gather relevant information and effectively identify and solve problems.Candidate must be adept with phone and computer systems, and possess good typing skills to quickly and accurately look up or record account information.Candidate must be comfortable and effective at over-the-phone conversation, in a fast-paced call center environment.Benefits of working with PrideStaff:?
