Position Overview:A leading regional facilities services provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee janitorial operations for a prominent multi-building portfolio in Richmond. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for team management, quality assurance, and maintaining high-level client relations.The portfolio currently consists of two buildings, with a planned expansion to four buildings by mid-2026.
