Curative Specialist for a national title company located in Anaheim CA.This is a long-term Temporary position for about a year with a target start date of January 5, 2026. Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Paying $28/hr - $30/hr, depending on experience. Company will complete a full background check prior to start.Essential Duties:Provide nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties to determine legal condition of property title, as part of production center, branch office, or member of a title team.Responsibilities:Handles internal and external inquiries related to moderately complex processes and transactions.Monitors messages and questions received via centralized inbox, systematic work queues or phone; responds to moderately complex inquiries and escalates more complex.Coordinates the preparation for certain Title documents, primarily affidavits.Review and collection of all required documentation and required forms for closing.Acts as a liaison between internal and external parties to ensure requests are effectively resolved.Enters detailed and accurate notes into appropriate systems and files documents according to standard procedures.Works with internal and external parties to effectively resolve issues.Follows up on any delays in inquiry answers and updates the status in the systems.Maintains a high level of customer service through proactive communication with internal and external customers and business partners. Updates management on trends, issues or problems that may impact the business or clients.Communicates any requirements to clients and exercises good judgment in the enforcement or exception to policies.Works at enhancing the quality of customer service for the benefit of the company and the customer.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Requirements:Min 2 years Title company experience is needed, including Lien clearing and Title resolution experience.Previous Curative experience, including strong knowledge of Title and Mortgage documents is needed.Experience in a multi-state operation.Demonstrated Customer Service skills.Computer proficiency, including high comfort with MS Office products.Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of strong quality and productivity.Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks, organization, and self-motivation.Ability to work in a fast=paced, high volume environment, while maintaining attention to detail.Must be able to work quickly and independently.Ability to multi-task.Commitment to teamwork.Strong ability to provide information and direction to production associates.Ability to proactively and accurately identify and resolve problems.Excellent interpersonal skills.
