Administrative Assistant
Location: Westlake Village, CA
Salary: $23.00 - 25.00/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-2:00PM
This position organizes, coordinates, and maintains office files to meet regulatory requirements; assists with preparation of client presentations and reviews, which includes gathering updated information from an array of different investment and insurance company sources; prepares required documentation for investment purchases; responds to client requests; and supports general and administrative functions for the office, as needed.

Must have working knowledge of MS Office with the emphasis on MS Excel.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Prior experience in an office environment with administrative duties and a willingness to learn.
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Investments, Insurance, or related Financial Industry is beneficial, but not required.
HOURS
20- 25 hours per week.
Hours are in office in order to handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, greeting clients and vendors, and interacting with Registered Representatives.
