We are working with a leading contractor in the fire protection industry looking for a reliable partner to join their Brea team. Your ImpactRelationship Management (70%): You will manage our B2B accounts, reaching out to business partners via phone and email to resolve overdue payments. You aren't "debt collecting" from individuals; you are facilitating professional solutions to keep our projects moving.Special Project Support (30%): Work side-by-side with our Manager on an ongoing project involving job costing, progress billing, and recordkeeping. We will provide full training on the specifics—we just need your organizational brain!What You Bring to the TableExperience: A background in B2B collections or heavy-duty Customer Service. If you’re great at talking to people and solving problems, we want to meet you.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. If you have experience with Great Plains, you’ll have a head start!The "Plus" Factors: Experience in the fire protection industry, certified payroll, or union environments is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker.Mindset: You’re someone who notices the small details and takes pride in an organized spreadsheet.
