We are seeking a person who has consistently demonstrated the ability to:Deliver exceptional customer serviceAssist Recruiters with the many administrative tasks in finding and placing candidatesDevelop and maintain relationships with placed candidates, clients and recruiting resourcesAbility to establish priorities and work independentlyConsistently exceed key performance goalsFollow a proven recipe for successEffectively communicate with a wide range of peopleWork in a fast paced, goal oriented team environmentThis position will report directly into the Owner of PrideStaff South Riverside County.Responsibilities:Use various on-line and local recruiting resources to identify potential candidates for RecruitersLeverage technology, websites, social media and relationships to assist in identifying top level talentWork with the Owner and sales staff to develop and support marketing materialsManage administrative responsibilities including on-line record keeping, database record and hard copy employment document file maintenanceConsistently conduct employment reference checks on candidates for hireCreate job postings and employment advertising for on-line distributionPresent a positive and welcoming experience for guests, applicants and AssociatesAdminister evaluations to assess experience and skill level of candidatesAssist Recruiters in selecting the right candidate to fulfill client job ordersMaintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates to ensure both receive exceptional customer serviceRequirements: The ideal candidate for the Recruiting Assistant Position has the following skills and characteristics:At least two years proven experience in a professional environmentAbility to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficientlyDeliver the highest level of customer service and satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks effectivelyAbility to pay close attention to detailAbility to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlinesExperience meeting / exceeding weekly production goalsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe AcrobatTwo year college degree preferredBilingual strongly preferred. (English/Spanish)Confidentiality: This position will be handling confidential personal data and information that belongs to PrideStaff’s clients and candidates.Basic Working Conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The employee must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time. Although this position will be in an office environment, at times this position may be required to lift over 25 lbs.
