Telemarketing Representative. In this role, you will be the driving force behind lead generation and appointment setting, conducting high-volume outbound phone outreach to warm and prospective leads.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outreach: Conduct 150 outbound telemarketing calls daily to warm and prospective leads.
• Lead Conversion: Qualify prospects, address patient needs through active probing, and successfully schedule appointments using structured sales scripts.
• Objection Handling: Overcome prospect hesitations professionally, confidently, and effectively.
• Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach, contact, and appointment conversion quotas.
• Data & CRM Management: Accurately record prospect details, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM database.
• Inbound Management: Field inbound calls generated from outbound telemarketing campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal clinical and specialist teams to ensure smooth patient handoffs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Sales Experience: 6 months of experience in outbound telemarketing, inside sales, call center outreach, or appointment setting.
• Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding call volume and conversion goals.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and phone etiquette; clear English language fluency is required.
• Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume dialing and equipped with a strong resilience to rejection.
• Technical Skills: Computer proficient with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), CRM systems, and fast, accurate data entry.
• Soft Skills: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, coachable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility: Open flexibility for varying shift schedules.
