We are recruiting on behalf of a leading corporate partner in Richardson, TX, for a high-energy Accounts Payable Analyst. We are looking for a "process-owner" who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to play a key role in operational excellence.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Expect 5–10 hours of weekly OT)
Key Responsibilities
- AP Execution: Manage and review high-volume corporate AP transactions with meticulous accuracy and a sense of ownership.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls and streamline workflows.
- Reconciliation & Month-End: Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and provide critical support to ensure a smooth month-end close.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a professional liaison for branch controllers and cross-functional teams, resolving inquiries with a customer-service mindset.
- Project Leadership: Take the lead on special projects, specifically those focused on automation and tool enhancements (AI/ERP integration).
- Required Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you will need a solid foundation in corporate accounting and the ability to navigate complex, high-volume environments.
- Experience: At least 2 years of dedicated experience in Accounts Payable or Corporate Accounting required.
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Technical Proficiency: * Foundational knowledge of US GAAP and proper accounting principles.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI is a significant advantage.
- Core Competencies: A proactive mindset for problem-solving, the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines, and a professional communication style for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
