Position Overview
The QMS Technician will support and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards. This role is responsible for managing corrective actions, internal audits, and document control while partnering cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update QMS procedures and work instructions in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards
- Facilitate review, revision, and disposition of QMS documentation
- Train process owners on proper documentation standards and consistency requirements
- Lead and coordinate internal corrective action processes
- Assist teams in identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues
- Track and report metrics on corrective actions for management review
- Conduct internal audits and identify improvement opportunities
- Support external and customer QMS audits
- Perform additional quality-related duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards
- Knowledge of quality software systems for document control and corrective actions (e.g., BPA or similar)
- Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, 8D, Fishbone)
- Experience conducting or supporting QMS audits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)

Salary : $47,800 - $56,000
