Senior Mechanical Project Manager (Design and Build)

Summary

This role is responsible for leading and managing design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. It requires strong leadership to coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, oversee budgets, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The position involves proactive planning, risk identification, and continuous monitoring of schedules, costs, and project performance. Job Requirements

• Manage all phases of projects including pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout activities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction, safety compliance, and timely billing and payment follow-ups.
