Summary:
This role supports the successful planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of construction projects by assisting with project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and communication among stakeholders. The position is responsible for reviewing contract documents, managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and ensuring project information is properly distributed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. During construction, the role monitors budgets, schedules, labor tracking, equipment deliveries, quality control, safety compliance, invoicing, and project reporting while proactively addressing project challenges. The position also supports project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, warranty documentation, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and final project records.
Job Requirements:
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, budgets, permits, and contract-related information.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project progress, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor project costs, labor tracking, equipment deliveries, safety requirements, invoicing, and closeout documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience supporting construction projects with knowledge of project management processes, contract documents, scheduling, and cost control.
- Strong ability to review drawings, specifications, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
