Project Courage is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, assist staff and leadership, and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors; answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare meeting notes, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
- Manage office supplies, orders, and vendor relationships.
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or executive assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
