Responsibilities:
- Support production programs and manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain work instructions, assembly sheets, setup sheets, and engineering documentation.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams.
- Improve production processes, product quality, and key performance metrics.
- Support equipment evaluation, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Work with customers on design, manufacturing changes, and NPI activities.
- Travel to vendors and customers as needed.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or 5 years of high-tech manufacturing experience).
- Experience in machining environments and complex assemblies.
- Strong manufacturing and production support background.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of process improvement and product lifecycle support.
Plus Skills:
- CAD design experience.
- CNC machining experience.
- 2 years of relevant engineering/manufacturing experience.
