Job Details: 
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8am-430pm
Location:  Everett, WA
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Range:  $22/hr- $27.21/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Collect blood samples through venipuncture, fingersticks, or heel pricks while ensuring patient comfort.
• Communicate with patients, explain procedures, and ease anxiety, especially for children or nervous individuals.
• Label and handle specimens accurately to maintain integrity and avoid diagnostic errors.
• Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols, including infection control and proper disposal of sharps.
• Maintain records and documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School
• License(s): WA state Phlebotomy License
• Certification(s): Phlebotomy
• Years of experience: 2 years
