Responsibilities include designing Servicenow IRM/BCM solutions, consulting on best practices, defining architecture, and overseeing deployment. The architect will also develop solution designs, assess effort and complexity, provide technical evaluation, collaborate with business partners, mentor developers, create development standards, and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications include minimum seven years of experience in the Servicenow platform, five years as a Servicenow Solution Architect, and four years of experience in working in the IRM domain. Expertise in BCM processes, knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, JSON, CSDM 4.0, and ServiceNow CMDB structure are required. A strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to meet deadlines is essential.
