Expert ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow IRM/BCM Architect, you will play a vital role in helping our clients solve critical business challenges, enhance performance, and gain a competitive edge.

Your responsibilities will include designing ServiceNow IRM/BCM solutions for our clients, consulting and advising on IRM/BCM best practices, defining the architecture of ServiceNow IRM/BCM implementations, and overseeing their deployment. You will also be responsible for developing architecture and solution designs to support stakeholder objectives, assessing effort and complexity of ServiceNow Enhancements, and providing technical evaluation of ServiceNow Enhancements against ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform
• 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
• 4 years of experience in working in IRM domain, out of which 2 years in the role of BCM Architect
• Expertise in BCM processes: Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, Crisis Management.
• 2 years of Solution experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and Integrations
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, HTML, AJAX, CSS, JSON
• Excellent knowledge of CSDM 4.0 and ServiceNow CMDB structure
• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
