About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growing insurance brokerage, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a portfolio of business clients and deliver high-quality service across the policy lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
- Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, and coverage documentation
- Prepare renewal proposals and coordinate with carriers on quotes
- Review contracts and insurance requirements for clients
- Communicate coverage details, changes, and billing clearly
- Identify opportunities to improve coverage and reduce client risk
- Partner with internal teams and support producers as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of commercial lines account management experience
- Active Property & Casualty license (NJ preferred)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic a plus)
