Family Law Attorney — Senior Associate or Of Counsel

About the Role
A well-established Dallas family law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Of Counsel Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned family law practitioner who values autonomy, quality work, and a sustainable work environment without the pressure of a billable hour minimum.
What You Will Do
- Handle complex family law matters including high-net-worth divorce, property division, custody disputes, modifications, enforcement proceedings, and protective orders
- Manage an independent caseload from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials across Texas state courts
- Advise clients on complex asset division including business interests, real estate, retirement accounts, and executive compensation
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business development and client relationship management
Who You Are
- 8-12 years of family law experience with a primary focus on complex divorce and custody matters
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Board certification in Family Law preferred — not required
- Portable book of business is a strong plus
- Strong trial and courtroom presence
- Comfortable managing client relationships independently
