The position is primarily in-office, with some remote flexibility, and requires proximity within a 30-minute drive of the office.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (company covers more than half; 100% coverage for vision and dental)

- Flexible work schedule: remote work every Wednesday and every other Friday
- Summer hours: six Fridays with workdays ending at 2:30 PM
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with marketing and proposal preparation
- Managing the renewal process and reviewing renewal quotes
- Rating and analyzing claims reviews
- Preparing loss summaries and identifying coverage discrepancies
- Interacting with clients regarding policy changes and endorsements
- Making changes to Acord applications in Applied Epic
- Generating certificates of insurance and processing audits
- Performing billing functions and handling policy endorsements
- Utilizing strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills for daily tasks
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; 2-3 years preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with Applied Epic software is a plus
- Other Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Proximity within a 30-minute drive of the office is essential
