The Ford Mobile Service Coordinator is a critical liaison between our customers and mobile service technicians. This role ensures seamless coordination of off-site vehicle maintenance and repair services by managing scheduling, dispatching, communication, and logistics. Requirements
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

2 years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service

Automotive industry or dealership experience preferred
