Requirements
- 10-12 years of senior marketing leadership experience within high-performance, cross-functional teams and agencies
- At least 3 years of demonstrated success in launching and scaling consumer products or brands, preferably in creator-led media or DTC sectors
- MBA preferred
- Deep expertise in audience-driven growth and modern product marketing systems
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects, including new channel launches and strategic partnerships
- Strong relationships with agencies, platforms, and key industry partners
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
- Passion for digital media, sports, entertainment, and familiarity with Dude Perfect content is a plus
- Develop and lead brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and creative direction across all media, products, and activations
- Oversee public relations, including press releases, crisis communication, and reputation management
- Cultivate relationships with creators, partners, and industry stakeholders to elevate brand visibility and influence
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new consumer products, brands, and experiences, from concept to execution
- Support the launch and scaling of new content verticals and franchises, utilizing audience insights to maximize reach and engagement
- Build and optimize marketing funnels across owned, earned, and paid channels, establishing clear KPIs for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product positioning, demand forecasting, and storytelling to create compelling campaigns and media presence
- Drive innovative ideas such as community events or festivals that encourage fan interaction and offline engagement
