Prestige Staffing is looking to hire a Practice Manager to work in North Fulton County in Atlanta. Someone who has managed the front and back of a physician practice. The ideal candidate will have recent family practice, internal medicine, primary or urgent care experience. We are looking for someone who is used to working with a busy practice and knows Epic. Someone who can handle a demanding schedule and stay focused and organized.

- Front office supervisory as well as management within a physician practice
- Recent Epic experience a must
- 5 years of practice management for internal medicine, family practice, urgent care or primary care
- QuickBooks along with financial and accounting experience within a practice
- Payroll experience extremely helpful
- Human Resources experience is helpful
- Monday - Friday normal business hours
- Excellent benefits
- $100-125K pay based on experience
- Onsite in office daily
- Provides oversight for all operational issues impacting the practice’s daily clinic and any ancillary services
- Manages the back office, billing and front office departments as well as scribes and non-physician owner clinical staff
- Works to improve operational management systems and processes, develops workflows and best practices
- Works with outside marketing firm to promote the organization. Maintains company website and helps to create new fresh ideas for marketing and social media
- Works with HR manager to establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the clinic
- Responsible for accounts payable, patient and insurance refunds
- Prepares budgets and manages the practice within budgetary guidelines
- Maintains company checkbook, QuickBooks, enters deposits, writes checks and reconciles bank accounts and works with accounting for quarterly reporting purposes
- Assesses ,identifies, and implements opportunities for additional gains in access, quality, revenue, and expense control
- Processes payroll
- Gathers and reports data for fiscal analysis
- Coordinates with medical and non-medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
- Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies
- Helps chief executive officer develop clinic strategic plans and objectives based upon identified needs of patients
- Resolves administrative and operational problems including the maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed software applications
