What are the responsibilities and job description for the Practice Administrator position at firstPRO 360?
FirstPRO360 is seeking a Practice Administrator, with private practice experience, for a permanent opening in the Sandy Springs area.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some financial acumen (billing, payroll, HR, budget, quarterly distribution, P&L and practice wide strategy/vision)
- College degree strongly preferred
- 5 years of management experience
- Prior experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine
- EPIC experience REQUIRED
Additional info:
- You will not have direct reports initially, but eventually will have managers reporting to you (clinical and admin)
- You will report directly to the Director of Ops
- Mon-Fri in office 7:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management for the practice, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and reporting.
- Manage and support clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and providers to align practice goals, streamline communication, and support clinical priorities.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to workflows, productivity, and profitability.
- Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate contract opportunities to support practice needs.
- Oversee facility operations, technology systems, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Drive patient experience initiatives, including feedback programs, service improvement strategies, and policy development.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
