Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or similar roles
- Technical proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, TCP/IP networking, VPN, and enterprise device management tools
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and change management abilities
- Willingness to travel once a month for site assessments, training, and onboarding
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide Tier 2 support for daily technical issues and system upgrades
- Assist with system migrations, integrations, and large-scale upgrades such as Cisco and Webex
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new users and system rollouts
- Manage setup of desks, internet, VPN, and user configurations at new and existing locations
- Support system integration efforts for acquired companies, including user onboarding and documentation
- Use ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService) to track and resolve support requests
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, configurations, and updates
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless technology adoption and assist with ongoing support
