Base Salary of $119,000 plus $15,000 yearly bonus

Summary

The Advanced Product Coordinator facilitates change management for updates to key applications. This role involves supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle, prioritizing feature requests, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining product expertise. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment, with direct software development involvement
• Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred
• Experience working with external-facing B2B SaaS applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage change processes for application updates and enhancements
• Collaborate with software engineering, business analysts, and stakeholders to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and project milestones
• Prioritize feature requests and track progress in Azure DevOps
• Lead sprint reviews and product trainings, ensuring consistent delivery of features
• Maintain product documentation, process diagrams, and knowledge base articles
• Support continual improvement initiatives and participate in user and client engagement activities
• Assist in security questionnaires and R&D tax credit follow-up
• Contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance activities
• Perform other assigned tasks to support product and organizational goals
