We’re looking for a licensed, experienced, and results-driven Senior Insurance Sales Closer to join our team at Prestige Trucking Insurance. This role goes beyond closing deals — you’ll be a strategic leader who drives performance, mentors producers, and helps elevate the overall sales culture within the agency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example through direct outbound calling and high-volume closing
- Advise producers on sales strategies and techniques to help them grow professionally
- Monitor and coach team members to improve performance and hit agency goals
- Maintain and update client records with accuracy using internal tools
- Provide insight on market trends, underwriting criteria, and customer objections
- Help structure quotes and positioning for better closing ratios
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals consistently
Requirements:
- Active 2-20 Insurance License (Required)
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or commercial lines
- Strong leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and proactive with strong follow-through
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus but not required
