Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of personal lines agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide daily sales coaching, training, and support to improve close rates and client satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the quoting and binding of personal lines policies, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with leadership on new initiatives.
- Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay up to date on product offerings and underwriting guidelines.
Requirements:
- 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license required
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales (3 years preferred)
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate others and create a performance-driven culture
