RCI Insurance located in Pryor is looking to add a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent. The job includes the marketing, sales, and service of personal lines insurance. The right person for this job is able to maintain and retain new and existing customers by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty. A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred, but we offer financial assistance to help the right candidate become licensed. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, paperless environment. 2 years or more personal lines insurance experience is preferred. Experience with Epic Management System a plus.
