Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

You'll be clearing sidewalks and walkways, applying de-icer, and operating snow removal equipment to help keep our customers properties safe and accessible.

What Youll Do:
Shovel snow and apply de-icing materials on sidewalks and walkways
Operate equipment such as snowblowers, sidewalk tractors, Ventrac SSV, and Boss Snowrators
Follow Crew Lead instructions and site-specific service plans
Help with the organization and upkeep of tools, vehicles, and facilities
Perform pre-operation equipment checks and report any issues immediately
Maintain clean, safe, and fully stocked equipment and vehicles
What Were Looking For:
Physically Capable Lift up to 50 lbs. independently (80 lbs. with assistance)
Team Player Works well with others and communicates clearly
Detail-Oriented Completes tasks safely, thoroughly, and on time
Hard Worker Shows up ready to work, even in the toughest weather
Follows Direction Understands and carries out instructions from Crew Leads
Professional Maintains appearance and conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook

On-call during all snow events (any winter precipitation)
Winter Season: October through April
