- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of shifts
- Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage practices
- Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Skills
- Experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
- Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations
- Previous experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is a plus
