Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

As a Snow & Ice Management Crew Lead, youll guide your team through snow eventsclearing sidewalks and walkways, applying de-icer, and ensuring top-notch service at every site. Youll also be responsible for managing team members, upholding quality standards, and communicating with supervisors and clients.

What Youll Do:
Quality Work
Lead snow removal efforts on sidewalks and walkways
Use shovels, de-icers, and equipment according to work ticket instructions
Ensure all services meet quality standards and are completed on time
Production Management
Interact with clients and Account Managers on-site as needed
Provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency
Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the day
Offer site feedback and updates after each event
Contribute to safety talks and provide production-specific insights
Crew Leadership
Train and support team members assigned to your crew
Track team clock-in/out times in Aspire
Monitor performance and report feedback to the Production Manager
Oversee safety on-site and offer coaching in the field
Operational Procedures
Complete assigned tasks and create issues in Aspire when needed
Upload site photos and completed work documentation
Perform quality assessments using Sitefotos
Safety & Maintenance
Help keep facilities, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
Report any safety hazards or violations
Operate snow and landscaping tools safely and efficiently
Complete required safety training (Greenius platform)
Perform preventative equipment checks
Ensure materials and first aid kits are stocked and stored properly
What Were Looking For:
Valid Drivers License Clean record DOT Certification required
Leadership Skills Confident in directing crews and resolving issues
Experience in Snow Services Knows how to get the job done right
Physically Capable Lift up to 50 lbs. alone (80 lbs. with help); bend, squat, kneel
Strong Communicator Clear and effective with both teams and supervisors
Self-Motivated Works independently and takes initiative
Professional & Punctual Follows conduct and dress code expectations
Detail-Oriented Completes work accurately and thoroughly

Your Schedule:
On-call for all winter weather events
Expect to work 810 hours/day, during snow events
Winter Season runs October through April
