- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- 100% on-site
- 3-month contract (T emp to Perm)
- 2-4 years of prior experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or office support role
- QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
- Solid Excel skills, including basic formulas, linked sheets, and troubleshooting references (pivot tables a plus)
- Comfortable working independently in a small, high-trust environment
- Highly organized, adaptable, and calm with shifting priorities
- Professional, personable, and able to communicate effectively with a high-net-worth individual
- Motivated by stability and flexibility, not title-driven
- $24.32 - $25.95 /hour Pay Rate
