Job Description
- Manage engineering team in design, new product development, improve turn around
- Resolve issues in manufacturing operations and achieve world-class on time delivery
- Manage diverse projects with cross-functional teams through stage-gate process
- Lead quarterly Kaizen events – Engineering Change Process, VAVE projects
- Perform capacity planning and product roadmap execution
- Work with customers and coordinate with global teams to provide product solutions
Qualifications
BS Engineering MS or MBA a plus
• Successfully managed engineering/product development and engineering projects in assembly operation.
- 5 years managing teams composed of engineers, technicians - in-house and remote locations.
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles, and practice.
- Knowledge of recognized Engineering systems and techniques.
- Base plus bonus.... $120-150K
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
