Provide solutions that enhance performance, reduce cost, and increase manufacturability.
Qualifications:
• BS/MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical preferred).
• Understanding of power electronic systems and ability to interpret schematics.
• Knowledge of machine shop practices and sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, including the ability to manage large assemblies.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, DraftSight, or similar 2D drafting software.
• Experience in new product development from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities
• Create custom parts and assemblies for custom, made to order products
- Troubleshoot assembly with design changes and new product options.
• Conduct structural analysis for static and dynamic loading conditions, improving product resistance in harsh conditions.
• Work closely with purchasing of new or custom components.
• Balance cost efficiency with quality.
• Be a CI Champion in design and production quality and efficiencies.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
