Strategic and Technical Coordination
• Execute the strategy for product family, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Be the VITAL connection between technical design and operations to ensure ensuring new products are production-ready.
• Determine and prioritize product improvement opportunities
Production and Planning
• Forecast workload, capacity needs, and upcoming assembly priorities.
• Ensure customer expectations align with production capability and material readiness.
• Reinforce troubleshooting issues, coordinating production, test, and engineering teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Ensure smooth product flow from design through shipment.
• Primary decision maker on product-related decisions and escalations.
• Communicate nsights to leadership regarding cost, delivery, and product performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Experience & Education
• BS degree in Technical, Engineering, or Business Management,
• At least 5–10 years of experience leading project or product management, engineering in manufacturing operations
• Understanding of metal forming, bending, shaping as well as electrical and electronics systems,
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
