As a Showing Partner, your main responsibility is straightforward: stay active and engaged. You’ll spend your time out in the field showcasing homes, connecting with buyers, generating leads alongside a seasoned agent, and absorbing the ins and outs of real estate through practical experience rather than just theory.

Working with a Zillow Preferred team means many of the buyers you assist are ready to purchase, providing you with steady opportunities to be out in the field, build your skills, and witness real transactions unfold.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Craves rapid, hands-on learning
  • Enjoys being mobile and out of the office
  • Prefers learning by doing rather than observing

Keep in mind, this is a dynamic, fast-moving position. Evenings and weekends are part of the routine, and your schedule needs to align with client availability.

While you won’t initially be responsible for generating your own leads, you will be expected to:

  • Arrive well-prepared
  • Communicate effectively
  • Deliver an exceptional experience during every client interaction

Responsibilities

  • Show homes to prospective buyers based on team-generated opportunities
  • Support the conversion process by engaging with active buyers from online sources (including Zillow Preferred), helping move them from initial inquiry to in-person showings
  • Coordinate and confirm showing schedules with clients and team members
  • Provide a professional, knowledgeable, and punctual client experience
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to the team
  • Assist in identifying client needs and next steps
  • Track activities and client interactions within PLACE Technology
  • Attend team meetings, trainings, and script practice sessions
  • Maintain consistent availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Support lead agents in moving clients through the buying process
  • Continuously learn scripts, market knowledge, and client communication skills

Qualifications

You don’t need experience in real estate, but you do need energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn quickly.
