Job Summary:

LeRoy Village Green Residential Healthcare Facility, a leading provider of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in Western New York, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Rehab Nurse Manager, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents, fostering a positive and supportive environment, and ensuring the highest level of quality care.

Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that residents receive individualized care to meet their unique needs and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address resident needs, developing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including auditing and reporting, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective allocation of staff
  
  
  

Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab Unit Manager Requirements:

• Current New York State RN license
• Prior experience in a related healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
