Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of New York
• Prior experience preferred
