- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including but not limited to:

- Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nurse
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for our residents
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care, respecting the dignity and autonomy of each resident
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
