About the Certified Nurse Aide CNA Role:
As a Certified Nurse Aide CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Current Certified Nurse Aide CNA certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and efficiently
- Prior year experience preferred (new graduates welcome!)
