Our Driver and Resident Transportation Assistant is an important part of our care team. In this role, you will be a representative for Greene Meadows in the community as you bring residents and team members to appointments and outings. This is a great position for someone who loves to drive and is looking to enjoy time with our residents.

Responsibilities include:
- Transporting residents in wheelchairs throughout the facility and into vehicles using the lift
- Safely transporting residents and team members to community appointments and outings
- Cleaning and inspecting vehicles daily and more often as needed
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments
- Greeting residents and others with a positive attitude and providing quality service to all
- Represent professionally and provide information about Greene Meadows to community members
- Assist with picking up supplies or items for the facility at local stores.
- Following all resident safety, safe driving, and security procedures
- Some downtime/maintenance work may be a part of your daily duties
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Clean Driver’s record with at least 5 years of driving experience
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use GPS & computer literate
- General knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance requirements
