Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of nurses and caregivers to ensure that high-quality patient care is provided
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Coordinate patient care activities, including assessments, care plans, and medication management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure seamless care transitions

Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New York
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long term care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
