Production Engineer – Cleveland, OH
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 Bonus Benefits
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in the Cleveland area who is seeking a Production Engineer to support and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations at a key production facility.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on process optimisation, problem-solving on the shop floor, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily production operations with engineering expertise
- Troubleshooting process and equipment issues on the shop floor
- Driving continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Assisting with equipment optimisation and process capability improvements
- Working closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams
- Supporting new product introductions and process changes
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) preferred
- Strong communication skills and hands-on approach

- Base salary: $85,000 – $110,000
