Type: Temp-to-hire/Direct Hire, Full Time
Salary Range: $28-$35/hour DOE
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
- Install, maintain, and replace machinery components and parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or technician experience preferred
- Experience with manufacturing or production equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
